Your trusted partner in skin health and cancer prevention
At Health Zone Barwell Medical Centre, we are proud to offer a dedicated Skin Cancer Clinic led by Dr Prakash Bandgar. With a strong focus on the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer, our clinic provides comprehensive care in a professional and welcoming environment.
Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, making regular skin checks a vital part of your healthcare routine. Our goal is to identify any potential skin cancers at the earliest stage, when treatment is most effective. Whether you’re coming in for a routine full body skin check or have noticed a new or changing mole or lesion, our clinic is equipped to help.
Skin cancer can develop anywhere on the body — not just areas exposed to the sun. That’s why a thorough, head-to-toe examination by an experienced professional is so important. At our Skin Cancer Clinic in Castle Hill, we take the time to assess your skin, address any concerns, and provide advice on prevention and sun safety.
In addition to diagnosing and treating skin cancers, we also perform minor procedures including skin biopsies, lesion removals, cryotherapy (freezing), and the treatment of warts and skin tags. If any treatment is required, it can often be done conveniently on-site with minimal downtime.
Our clinic welcomes patients from Castle Hill and surrounding suburbs in The Hills District. We aim to make skin health care accessible, effective, and personal.
